202 University of Zagreb Prof Goran Krajačić Head of the Department of Energy, Power Engineering and Environment at UZ-FSB, Mr Krajačić provided quality guidance to seven experienced and early-stage researchers during their exchanges in Croatia. The External Advisory Board (EAB), that gave independent advice during the four-year project, was formed by three international experts: Noureddine Manamanni, Director of the External and Institutional Relations at Campus France; Olga Meerovskaya,National Coordinatorof theBelarusian Institute of SystemAnalysis and Information Support of Scientific and Technical Sphere; and Maša Repež, Asset and Project Management Division at ElektroSlovenija. The EC Project Officer from REA Oscar Perez Punzano contributed his work and effort to the smooth running and completion of PHOENIX. About the Project Coordinator The European Sustainable Energy Innovation Alliance is a European non-profit association of leading research and innovation organisations in sustainable energy. Since 2009, eseia has invested to become the first European reference for sustainable energy systems innovation and the premier provider of practice-oriented education and training in renewable energies. Currently, eseia has more than 30 members from 12 EU countries from research, academia, industry, and government. 19 November 2019 eseia celebrated 10 Years at the eseia Brussels hub. PHOENIX Trainers The PHOENIX secondments were supported by a total of 32 experts from industry, academic institutions and research organisations. They provided high-quality guidance and supported the secondees during their exchanges at the different host organisations. Thanks to the commitment and hard work of all of them the project represented a real added value to the participants and was a great success. In particular, five experts are on the top of the ranking list as the ones who trained most participants. These five experts alone were responsible for 69% of the secondments. 7 5
